Jack Lury

Jack Lury

A highly skilled professional chef, specialising in high end European cuisine Jack really takes pride in presenting beautiful dishes which are full of unique different flavours. Jack has previously achieved a Cordon Bleu Diploma at Tante Marie culinary academy. He has worked at some top Michelin star restaurants in and out of London some being, Gordon’s Ramsey’s, and Galvin at the windows. Jack currently is a very successful private chef.


Leslie Lundy

Leslie Lundy

A highly experienced chef coming from a background in modern, classic and European cuisine, also a seafood specialist. Leslie’s background of experience has enabled him to work along with some very successful establishments such as four seasons, Emirates football stadium, and Chelsea FC. Additionally, Les has appeared on BBC 1’s Chefs on Trial as one of the main chefs.

 


Pierrick Allemagne

Pierrick Allemagne

An extremely technical and skilled chef, with a background of experience specialising in classic French cuisine. Pierrick has produced high quality fine dining dishes with exceptional attention to detail. He has previously worked in various successful establishments such as, Claridges, and Chez Gerard, where he was head chef.

 


Anita Kerai

Anita Kerai

A highly experienced and skilled vegan and vegetarian chef specialising in various cuisines such as, African, Middle Eastern, Indian, and Italian. Anita’s diverse range of experience in vegan and vegetarian inspired dishes really showcases her skills to create tasty and appealing dishes. Moreover, Anita has had previous experience in teaching students in regular cookery classes.

 


Pooja Singh

Pooja Singh

An experienced Chef/Cake Artist showcasing knowledge and experience in baking, Pooja specialises in icing and decorating. Furthermore, the chef also shows exceptional skills in bringing together Chinese and Indian cuisines to create authentic Indo Chinese flavours. She has demonstrated some outstanding culinary skills and created some very flavoursome dishes.

Demonstrates a wide range of knowledge and skills in all areas of cookery, having developed a real passion for food Karen’s primary experience is based around creating simple but tasty and nutritious family favourites which are non-time consuming, perfect for those always on the ‘go’. The food lover is also an experienced baker consistently creating tasty sweet treats.
